Return Policy

Easy Returns. 
If you’re not satisfied with your Electroquakes purchase, return it for any cause.

Refund Policy: 

Your purchase must be returned in seal.

Returns with a receipt:
 
 If you paid with debit card, or check, we’ll refund your purchase the same way, if you purchased through electroquakes.com.  If you paid using a debit card and if the card and PIN are present during the refund, we'll credit the account used for payment.  If your purchase exceeded $500 pretax, and you paid with check, credit card or by debit card but no longer have them, your money will be refunded in the form of a company check. If you paid by credit card or debit card and still have it, we'll credit the account used for payment.  

Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s), which was included in the original transaction (e.g. buy a printer, get free ink), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.

Returns products:
 
Your return is eligible only within the previous 15 days in our U.S. online store.We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made or without box seal maybe refused. Electroquakes reserves the right to deny any return.

Returns by category:

Office supplies: Must return within 15 days of purchase, you can return office supplies to us for a full refund, including all other merchandise.

Ink and Toner Cartridges: Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges, currently carried in our U.S. Online store, may be returned also whithin 15 days of purchased with e-mail confirmation receipt for product order on line.

Software: Unopened software,  that we currently sell may be returned for a full refund whithin 15 days. Opened software can only be exchanged for the same title version for reasonable cause.
Technology and Business Machines: Technology and business machines may only be returned  within 7 days of the date of receipt and business machine products.Returned with mfr package for reasonable cause.

Prepaid Cards: Gift Cards and phone cards are non–refundable and non–returnable. They are valid only at the retailer/service provider listed on the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific terms and conditions are included with each card.
 

RETURNS 
EQ accepts returns at the Harrisburg, PA location only. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to EQ. Request an RA number online using our RA Request Form (requires secure access) or call us directly for your RA number at (203) 769-0264. Be sure to note our return policies to avoid additional charges.

Before returning a shipment to EQ, obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. Request an RA number online using our RA Request Form (requires secure access) or call us directly at (203) 769-0264

Have the following information ready:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Outline of the problem

For your convenience, you may fax the information to us using our Return Authorization fax form, at (203) 769-0297. For a copy of this form which includes a shipping label please call us at (203) 769-0264.

POLICIES

  • DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
  • Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
  • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
  • Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
  • EQ credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.

ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT ISSUED.

SPECIAL RETURNS

Xbox
Xbox Consoles - EQ tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 15 days from original EQ invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord, original box and packing. Customers will be billed for missing parts.

Xbox Live - Defective return policy is 15 days from date of invoice. Xbox needs the subscription code to remove it from their system. If the subscription code is not visible when returned, reseller will not receive credit. All Xbox Live product must include DVD folder with visible subscription code, Xbox live communicator, and original box. Reseller will be billed for missing parts.

Xbox Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 15 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for same product replacement only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge if returns exceed 1%.

PlayStation
PlayStation Consoles - EQ tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 15 days from original EQ invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Reseller will be billed for missing parts.

PlayStation Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 15 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge or refuse to issue additional RAs if returns exceed 2% of total PlayStation product.

Nintendo
Nintendo Consoles - EQ tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 15 days from original EQ invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Reseller will be billed for missing parts.

Nintendo Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 15 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge or refuse to issue additional RAs if returns exceed 2% of total Nintendo product.

JVC: No returns for credit on color television, VCR, DVD or camcorder. Authorized service center repair only (800-537-5722)

Panasonic CE: No returns for credit on video, DVD, portable DVD, LCD, plasma, color television, fax or camcorders. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-222-4213)

Toshiba: No returns for credit for TV, LCD TV, Plasma, DVD, portable DVD, VCR, DVD Recorders, Home Theater in a box, TV/VCR or TV/DVD. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-631-3811)

WARRANTIES - In General
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. EQ administers the individual manufacturer warranty, which may include returning defective products to EQ, sending products to a factory authorized repair center, or factory direct returns. EQ must abide by the return policies dictated by our manufacturers.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT - In General
Technical support services are provided FREE by our in-house tech support team Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm EST. Our technical engineers benefit from ongoing training and access to the most comprehensive information libraries available.

EQ reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without notification of our resellers.
